“rEVOLution”
Conte and soft pastel on toned paper, 18x24”
This piece emerged from a vision that has remained persistent through time, growth, and transformation — a call to revolution that begins from within. At its heart is the revelation that within the word revolution lies love, written backward but ever present. It speaks to the courage it takes to look inward, to lead with heart, and to reimagine power through tenderness, clarity, and personal agency.

“My Mask, Your Mask”
Oil on board, 16x20
This piece explores the tension between societal expectation and inner authenticity. The masked figure may appear carefree, but her partial withdrawal hints at vulnerability — perhaps a fear of judgment, or the weight of living outside of convention. Meanwhile, the figure on the path seems to contemplate the cost of her polished image and the possibility of another way of being.
My Mask, Your Mask is a meditation on identity, freedom, and the quiet negotiations we make between how we present ourselves and who we truly are. It asks: which version of ourselves is the mask? And what might we find if we dared to look?

"Flinchframe"
Acrylic on paper, 9x12"
Acrylic on paper, 9x12"
The liminal space between perception and reaction. That fleeting instant when the body speaks before the mind can form words. A freeze-frame of the nervous system in motion.

"The Kids Are Watching"

An expression carries a blend of wisdom, scrutiny, and wonder, inviting viewers to consider how the youngest among us observe and absorb the world around them. Created with layered mixed media, the piece explores the tension between innocence and awareness, reminding us that children are not only our future, but our witnesses.

"Alicia"

Mixed media on paper, 12x18”
This portrait honors my sister — a brilliant, resourceful creative with deep roots in fiber arts. Her story is woven into the piece through layered sewing and knitting patterns, tangled threads, and stitched embroidery floss, which flow through and around her likeness. Even beneath the surface, sewing thread pressed between layers speaks to the unseen labor and legacy carried in handmade work. The result is a textured tribute to her artistry, resilience, and the power of craft.

“Emerge”
Acrylic, monotype, wax, and crayon on wooden panel, 8x10"
“Emerge” lives in the tension between safety and exposure, self-containment and growth. It’s a visual meditation on what it means to rise - not dramatically, but with quiet insistence.
